Return for a Refund:

Items must be in re-saleable condition, and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase with their original packaging. Your refund will be minus the cost of shipping. Before returning your item please email or phone us for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted or credited to your account without this number.

Damaged items or errors in shipping:

Please contact us before returning an item damaged in transit or if an error was made in your order. We (or the manufacturer) may be able to solve the problem without the items return.

Shipping:

Shipping will be via Canada Post. If you require faster delivery please contact us for a quote. Orders shipped via Canada Post will reach their destination (U.S. and Canada) within 7-10 days.
